Delete your Gigxy account

Sign in to Gigxy, open Profile, choose Account & Security, then choose Delete account.

Read the deletion summary, confirm that you understand the action is permanent, and tap Permanently delete account. Gigxy confirms completion and signs you out.

If you cannot access the app, email gigxy@gigxyllc.com from the address connected to your account with the subject "Delete my Gigxy account". We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Deletion removes your credentials, email and direct profile identifiers, public performer profile, portfolio and gallery references, device tokens, direct messages, notification preferences, and other account content from active user-facing systems.

The email address is detached from the deleted profile so it can no longer be used to sign in. Public profile content is removed from discovery.

You may request deletion of specific personal information or account content without closing your Gigxy account. Email gigxy@gigxyllc.com from the address connected to your account with the subject "Delete specific Gigxy data" and describe the information you want removed, such as profile details, portfolio media, messages, or location information.

We will verify account ownership, confirm the scope of your request, and remove eligible information from active systems. Some transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, and dispute records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to protect users and resolve claims.

We may retain limited booking, payment, payout, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, safety-report, and dispute records when required by law or necessary to protect users and resolve claims. Retained records are access-restricted and are not used to maintain a public profile.

Encrypted backups are overwritten through normal backup rotation. De-identified aggregate information that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.

In-app deletion is initiated immediately after confirmation. Some deletion work and backup expiration may take additional time, and legally retained records remain for the applicable retention period.
