Escrow-backed payment overview

For eligible bookings, payment is held in escrow until the booking’s release conditions are met. This gives event organizers and musicians a clear payment process tied to their booking.

Funds are released through Gigxy’s booking completion and payout process. Release timing depends on the booking’s status, applicable payment rules and any open dispute.

Gigxy may require profile, payout or booking verification before funds can be released.

If a booking is disputed, funds remain held while the dispute is reviewed. Release or refund follows the resolution and applicable booking terms.
